  12. I'm interested in learning a bit of C++ programming as an exercise in
  13. mental development.  I don't want to spend a lot of money on a monster
  14. compiler intended for serious programming.  Are there any shareware
  15. C++ compilers for DOS or Windows 3.1 that are suitable for use as
  16. learning tools?
